Fermented Plant Extracts Nettle

This special seasonal batch of #FermentedPlantExtracts was made using one of the most renowned accumulator plants. Nettles have been used for medicine, food, fiber and more, they are rich in calcium and other minerals as well as trace elements.

In addition to using this rich and vital plant in the preparation, this batch of ferment is special because I used #thermex70 #yuccaextract as the sugar source in addition to the sorghum syrup that is always used (no molasses at all in this batch). During the brew a bunch of foamy tiny bubbles formed unlike other batches, showing the saponin qualities from the yucca.
